Terms and Conditions of the 1988ri Platform

Version 3.2 — Effective 1 January 2026

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 1988ri ("Platform", "we" or "our company"), an online betting platform operating under international licensing. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service provided by 1988ri, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please stop using the 1988ri platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to this document will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" means the 1988ri website accessible at https://1988ri.org and all related subdomains or applications.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the 1988ri platform, containing the player's personal details, balance and betting records.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) held in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any free credits, additional funds or other financial benefit granted by 1988ri to users as part of a promotional programme.
• "Bet" means any activity involving money on casino games, online slots, sports betting, live betting or mix parlay on this platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount of bets that must be placed before a bonus or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

2. User Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 1988ri platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your account is active:

• Be at least 21 years old and able to prove this with a valid identity document such as a MyKad.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register or gambling prohibition list maintained by any regulatory body.
• Not be acting on behalf of or representing another person in any financial transactions on this platform.
• Understand that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions, and take responsibility for complying with applicable local laws.

1988ri reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If a user fails to provide the required documents within the specified period, the account may be suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 1988ri platform. Holding more than one account ("multiple accounts") is a serious violation that may result in all related accounts being frozen and the funds within them being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete. The information required includes your full name as per your identity card, mobile phone number, active email address and date of birth. You are also responsible for keeping your account details updated should any changes occur.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

1988ri accepts deposits through a range of payment methods that are safe and easy to use for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits using a third-party account are not permitted.
• 1988ri does not charge additional fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply separate charges.
• All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your financial information secure.

1988ri reserves the right to request supporting documents for any deposit for the purpose of anti-money laundering compliance. Users agree to cooperate fully in this verification process.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a 1988ri account are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are usually processed in under one hour from the date the request is submitted.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Any withdrawal involving bonus funds requires the applicable wagering requirements to be completed first.

If there is any dispute regarding a withdrawal, the player must notify customer support within 14 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1988ri are subject to specific wagering requirements. Failure to understand these terms does not exempt players from complying with them.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus requires wagering 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal is permitted.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 (maximum cap) → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

Additional bonus conditions include: the bonus may only be used once per account, it cannot be transferred between players, and it will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 1988ri platform are considered final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that bet details are accurate before confirming. 1988ri will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in exceptional circumstances such as verifiable technical errors.

For sports betting and live betting, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation apply. If an odds discrepancy occurs due to a significant technical error, 1988ri reserves the right to cancel the bet in question and refund the wagered amount.

• Bets on sports events are settled based on the official result of the match.
• For live casino games, the game operator's result is final.
• Mix parlay is subject to separate rules and limits set out in the sports betting section.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 1988ri platform are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to exploit the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses unfairly.
• Conducting any activity related to money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Selling, transferring, or sharing an account with any other party.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

1988ri uses an advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure without notice, and all balances and bonuses in the account may be forfeited.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

1988ri reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if:

• A violation of these Terms and Conditions has been detected or suspected.
• The user fails to submit requested verification documents within the specified period.
• The account is suspected of being used for illegal activity or fraud.
• The user is involved in a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

The 1988ri platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1988ri will not be liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from internet service disruptions or system failures beyond our control.
• Losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Game results that have been technically confirmed and recorded in our system.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of this platform.

In any event, 1988ri's liability will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty calendar days preceding the claim.

11. Responsible Gambling

1988ri takes problem gambling seriously and supports healthy gambling practices. We encourage all players to set personal limits and play within their financial means.

Responsible gambling tools available at 1988ri include:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through customer support.
• Loss Limits: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Temporary Break: Request an account suspension for a specific period if needed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for full self-exclusion from the platform for a minimum period of six months or permanently.

12. Amendments to These Terms

1988ri reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion. Any material amendments will be communicated to users via:

• A notice displayed prominently on the platform's main page.
• An email notification to the address registered to your account.

Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform, unless a different effective date is specifically stated. Continued use of the 1988ri platform after amendments come into force indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account by contacting customer support before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international contract law, consistent with the international licence held by 1988ri.
